Premier Appraisal has extended our residential coverage area to all of Champaign County, as well as some additional counties around our primary county of Vermilion. Appraisers within our firm have access to the Champaign County Association of Realtors MLS, the Kankakee-Iroquois-Ford MLS, as well as the Central Illinois Board of Realtors MLS. These are all in addition to the Danville Area Board of Realtors MLS. We also database all sold properties in Fountain, Warren, and the north half of Vermillion Counties in Indiana.
