Premier Appraisal is happy to announce that we have extended our residential coverage area to all of Champaign County, as well as some additional counties around our primary county of Vermilion. Appraisers within our firm have access to the Champaign County Association of Realtors MLS, the Kankakee-Iroquois-Ford MLS, as well as the Central Illinois Board of Realtors MLS. These are all in addition to the Danville Area Board of Realtors MLS. We also database all sold properties in Fountain, Warren, and the north half of Vermillion Counties in Indiana.

As you can see on our website, we have access to a large number of sold properties in east central Illinois and west central Indiana and can provide appraisal services in the towns and cities where your clients live.

Our prices vary by product, location, and how quickly you need the appraisal completed. Normal turn time is 4-5 days after inspection and we also feature turn times as short as 48 hours for an additional fee. Delivery of the completed reports can be delivered via email, within minutes of completion. When time and quality are important, you will find Premier Appraisal a great value.

On this website you will find the qualifications on each of our appraisers. In addition to our appraisal staff we have two full time assistants. Our office hours are 8:00 - 4:30 Monday - Friday. When you call Premier Appraisal you will speak to a person, not a phone service or an answering machine, that will give immediate attention to your question(s).
